1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LoveKeeper mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 14 years old to use the Service. If you are under 16 years old, you confirm that you have obtained parental or legal guardian consent where required by applicable law. The Service is not intended for children under 13.

Participation in promotional prize campaigns is strictly limited to users aged 18 years or older. By participating in any prize campaign, you confirm that you: are at least 18 years old; are legally eligible to receive prizes in your jurisdiction; provide accurate and truthful information. LoveKeeper reserves the right to request proof of age or eligibility before awarding any prize. If eligibility cannot be confirmed, the prize may be forfeited.

3. Account Registration

Certain features require account creation. You agree to: provide accurate and complete information; maintain confidentiality of your login credentials; be responsible for activity under your account. LoveKeeper may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Description of the Service

LoveKeeper is an informational and educational application designed to provide: relationship insights; interactive tools; engagement features; AI-powered reflections; gamified progress elements. The Service is intended for personal development and educational purposes only. LoveKeeper does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous availability of the Service.

5. Subscriptions

LoveKeeper may offer Free, Plus, and Premium plans. Subscriptions: are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play; automatically renew unless canceled; can be managed via your store account settings. Refunds are handled exclusively according to Apple or Google policies. Purchasing a subscription does not guarantee winning any prize and does not ensure preferential treatment in prize selection.

6. Virtual Coins & Participation Entries

The Service may include virtual coins and participation entries. These: have no monetary value; cannot be exchanged for cash; cannot be transferred between users; are used solely within the Service. Coins may be earned through engagement activities, daily participation, or plan benefits. A free method of participation in prize campaigns is available to eligible users through in-app engagement activities. Participation entries do not constitute gambling, lottery participation, financial investment, or wagering.

7. Promotional Prize Campaigns

LoveKeeper may conduct time-limited promotional prize campaigns (“Giveaways”). Each Giveaway: has a defined start and end date; specifies the number of prize units available; may impose participation limits per user; is governed by separate Official Prize Rules. Participation does not guarantee winning. LoveKeeper reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel a Giveaway if necessary for operational, legal, or security reasons. Winner identifiers may be displayed within the Service in anonymized format (such as a random user code or invite code). Personal data of winners will not be publicly disclosed.

8. Community Milestone Activation

Certain Giveaways may become available once predefined community participation milestones are reached. Milestones are based on overall platform engagement metrics. LoveKeeper is not obligated to launch a specific number of campaigns and may adjust milestone conditions at its discretion.

9. Winner Selection

Winners are selected using a weighted randomized selection mechanism proportional to valid participation entries. Each user may receive no more than one (1) prize unit within a single Giveaway campaign. Users may participate in multiple separate Giveaways and may win one prize per distinct Giveaway. LoveKeeper reserves the right to verify eligibility before awarding any prize. Results are published within the application.

10. User Content & AI Processing

Users retain ownership of content they submit. LoveKeeper processes user content solely for operating, maintaining, and improving the Service. We do not sell or commercially exploit user content. If you use AI-powered features, certain inputs (such as test responses or reflections) may be securely transmitted to a third-party AI provider solely for generating responses within the Service. By using AI features, you consent to this limited processing. AI outputs are informational only and do not constitute professional advice.

11. Nature of Service & Responsibility

LoveKeeper provides informational and educational tools only. The Service does not provide medical, psychological, legal, financial, or professional advice. All decisions made based on content, AI-generated insights, tests, or features are solely the responsibility of the user. LoveKeeper does not guarantee specific personal, emotional, or relationship outcomes. Participation in prize campaigns does not guarantee winning. LoveKeeper shall not be responsible for decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Intellectual Property

All materials within the Service (excluding user content) are owned by LoveKeeper and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited.

13. Account Deletion

Users may delete their account within the application settings. Upon deletion: personal data will be erased or anonymized within 30 days; certain records may be retained where required by law or for fraud prevention, audit, or security purposes. Deleted accounts cannot be restored.

14. Suspension & Termination

LoveKeeper may suspend or terminate accounts that: violate these Terms; engage in fraudulent or abusive activity; manipulate or attempt to exploit prize campaign systems.

15. Dispute Resolution

If you have any concern, complaint, or dispute regarding the Service, you agree to first contact LoveKeeper at support@lovekeeper.cloud and allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter informally. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication and customer support. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable law.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Mandatory consumer protection rights under relevant local laws remain unaffected.

17. Platform Disclaimer

Apple Inc. and Google LLC: are not sponsors of any Giveaway; are not responsible for prize campaigns; have no involvement in winner selection.

18. Force Majeure

LoveKeeper shall not be responsible for delays or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to technical failures, service interruptions, natural events, or legal restrictions.

19. Changes to Terms

LoveKeeper may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notice or website update. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
