Official Prize Rules

1. Organizer
Prize campaigns (“Giveaways”) are organized and operated by LoveKeeper. Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not sponsors, administrators, or affiliated with any Giveaway.
2. Eligibility
Participation is open only to users who: are at least 18 years old at the time of participation; have an active LoveKeeper account; comply with the LoveKeeper Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Participation is void where prohibited by law. LoveKeeper reserves the right to verify age and eligibility before awarding any prize.
3. No Purchase Necessary
No purchase is required to participate. A free method of participation is available within the application through engagement activities. Purchasing a subscription does not guarantee winning.
4. Campaign Period
Each Giveaway: has a defined start and end date; is displayed within the application; may have a fixed duration. Entries submitted after the campaign end time will not be considered.
5. Entries & Participation
Users may receive participation entries (“Entries”) through: completing in-app engagement activities; using earned virtual coins. Entries: have no monetary value; cannot be transferred or sold; are valid only within the specific Giveaway. Each Giveaway may limit: maximum entries per user; number of simultaneous active Giveaways per user.
6. Community Milestone Activation
Certain Giveaways may become available only after predefined community engagement milestones are reached. Milestones are determined at LoveKeeper’s discretion and may be adjusted or discontinued at any time. LoveKeeper is not obligated to launch a specific number of campaigns.
7. Winner Selection
Winners are selected using an automated weighted randomized mechanism. Each participant’s chance of winning is proportional to the number of valid entries accumulated within that specific Giveaway. Selection: is automated; applies equally to all valid entries; ensures each user may receive no more than one (1) prize unit within a single Giveaway. Users may participate in multiple separate Giveaways and may win one prize per distinct Giveaway. Participation does not guarantee winning.
8. Prize Details
Each Giveaway specifies: the prize type; the number of prize units available; any additional conditions. Prizes may include digital subscriptions, gift cards, physical goods, or other promotional rewards. Prizes: are non-transferable; cannot be exchanged for cash; may not be substituted except at LoveKeeper’s discretion. LoveKeeper reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
9. Winner Notification & Delivery
Winners will be notified within the application and/or via the email associated with their account. For certain prizes, LoveKeeper may request additional information via email, including: full name; confirmation of age (18+); delivery address; other information reasonably necessary for prize fulfillment. If a winner fails to respond within a reasonable time (e.g., 7 days), or fails to provide required information, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. LoveKeeper is not responsible for incorrect contact details provided by users.
10. Public Announcement of Winners
Winner information may be displayed within the application in an anonymized format, such as a unique user code, invite code, or system-generated random identifier. LoveKeeper does not publish personal information such as full name, email address, or physical address of winners. By participating in a Giveaway, users consent to the display of anonymized winner identifiers within the Service.
11. Taxes & Legal Compliance
Winners are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or reporting obligations associated with receiving a prize under their local law. Participation is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
12. Disqualification
LoveKeeper reserves the right to disqualify participants who: provide false information; violate the Terms of Use; attempt to manipulate the system; use automated or fraudulent methods.
13. Modification or Cancellation
LoveKeeper reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel a Giveaway due to: technical issues; fraud prevention; legal requirements; operational reasons beyond reasonable control.
14. Limitation of Responsibility
LoveKeeper is not responsible for: technical errors; network failures; lost, delayed, or incomplete entries; circumstances beyond reasonable control. Participation is at the user’s own responsibility.
15. Acceptance of Rules
By participating in a Giveaway, users agree to these Official Prize Rules and the LoveKeeper Terms of Use.
