LoveKeeper (“LoveKeeper”, “we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the LoveKeeper mobile application and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

The Service is intended for users aged 14 years and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. Participation in promotional prize campaigns is restricted to users aged 18 years or older. If we become aware that data has been collected in violation of these age requirements, we will delete it.

5. AI Processing

If you use AI-powered features: certain inputs may be securely transmitted to a third-party AI provider solely for generating responses; data is processed only for functionality within the Service; AI outputs are informational only. We do not use AI inputs for advertising or resale purposes.

6. Prize Campaign Data

If you participate in a Giveaway, we may process: participation entries; eligibility confirmations (including age confirmation); contact information required for prize delivery. We may request proof of eligibility before awarding prizes. Prize-related data may be retained for audit or legal compliance purposes. Anonymized winner identifiers (such as random user codes or invite codes) may be displayed within the application. These identifiers do not contain personal data and cannot be used to identify a specific individual.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal data. We may share limited information with: service providers necessary to operate the app (e.g., hosting infrastructure); AI providers (only when AI features are used); legal authorities where required by law. All data sharing is limited to operational necessity.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal data: while your account is active; for up to 30 days after account deletion; longer where required by law (e.g., fraud prevention or accounting compliance). After this period, data is deleted or anonymized.

9. Account Deletion

10. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.

11. International Users

If you access the Service from outside your country of residence, your information may be processed in accordance with applicable law. Mandatory consumer protection rights remain unaffected.
